Ibis Casa Voyageurs

I stayed at the 'Ibis Casa Voyageurs' only for a single night. It is situated very close to the Casa Voyageurs Railway Station, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by walking. The receptionist was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the upper floor, which was accessible by an elevator. The room seemed modern, clean and had sufficient space. It was equipped with a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being right next to the train station, which made it very convenient for us to catch an early train without having to wake up too early. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One night, when we were about to enter the hotel, we were followed by a stranger, possibly a tramp or beggar. We turned to the front desk for assistance, and the man there handled the situation professionally. He promptly called security, who escorted the individual away without causing any commotion. The situation was resolved smoothly, and we felt safe and secure. Overall, our stay was pleasant and worry-free, thanks to the great location and attentive staff.

This is our second stay at Ibis Casa Voyageurs. Great, clean hotel, coffee/bar in the lobby is very convenient. Few restaurants in the area, also McDonalds and Starbucks at the train station. Bus station 5-10min away with taxi and (our main reason why we book it every time) right in front of the train station. Even if you have an early flight or late arrival, it is much more convenient and cheap to get the train to/from the airport. You can buy the train ticket also when you arrive at the hotel and you can travel hassle-free on the next day. The staff was very helpful and they let us check out later, so we didn't have to stay too long at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to/from Casablanca.

Hotel is 2 mins walking distance from the train and tram station, various cafe and restaurants are nearby. Tourist places like medina, malls and Hassan 2 mosque are a bit far from here(Ibis city center is a better selection).

The location is perfect just in front of the train station casa voyageur, Very clean also the smell is good even in the elevator. The area is very safe ,The check in was super fast with the lady in the reception, the stuff is very helpful and kind also special thx to the security guy at night he helped me a lot. I slept like a baby very quiet at night, breakfast is very rich and fresh I like it very delicious . The whole experience was perfect thank you ibis. I recommend it if you are using train station casa voyageur.
